Family house of 160 m2, bright and quiet in a green setting south of Tours in a beautiful region where it's nice to live. Quiet neighborhood. 4 bedrooms, sleeps 9 (possible 10) The large wooden terrace invites you to relax! Our nice cat stays on site, just give him petting and kibble ;) (to be discussed again according to you) The space Kitchen open to dining room, (table with extension, possibility of 8-10 around), living room in recess. 1 bedroom on this level and 3 others on the upper floor. The extra bed in one of the bedrooms is 1 115 cm foam bed heater. 1 bathroom (level 1) and 1 bathroom (level 2), 3 toilets. At the back of the garden, the terrace overlooks it. Garden furniture for 10 people, gas barbecue. Soccer goal Wi-Fi access Parking in the garden in front of the house (3 cars) House not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
