Small outside garden area for sitting. Close to bus, train and tram. Easy access to city, MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Olympic Park(AAMI Stadium). 5 minute walk to Abbotsford Convent, Collngwood Childrens' Farm, bike paths, bars, cafes, Yarra River and Studley Park. Quiet location. The space Our space is like having your own little house. It is just one room plus a bathroom, but the room is spacious and light filled, private and quiet, and close to everything. It has a lovely feel. It is ideal for a couple(king bed) however can comfortably accommodate 3 adults(single sofa bed) or a small family as we can provide a portacot, or camping mattresses for small children. We are very child friendly - I am a primary school teacher and love children. Guest access Guests will be welcome to use the bungalow and small back yard. Other things to note Access to the bungalow is via the side gate to our property.
