Hello You will be seduced by the calm of my single-story accommodation. It is located in a charming little village, located between the towns of Château-Gontier/Mayenne and Craon, (towns of 13,000 inhabitants,) about 8 km from each. And only 25 min  from Laval train station. In addition to the bedroom (private) you will have access to the entire accommodation (shared), and a landscaped exterior. See you soon Patrice The space The accommodation is accessible on one level and without steps to access it, is ideal for solo travelers, couples or business travelers, offering comfort and tranquility. Guest access You will have a pleasant private room, as well as access to the entire accommodation, shared in a friendly atmosphere. Guests can relax in a (shared) jacuzzi and outdoor space. During your stay I'm happy to welcome you to my home and to be able to share and interact with you. Why not let me introduce you to the region? And, a 5-minute walk away, a pond invites you to stroll and enjoy nature. For the duration of the stay, I remain available by phone. Other things to note The entire accommodation is non-smoking, including the private room, but smoking is allowed on the grounds or in front of the entrance, sheltered under a porch. The private room does not have a private bathroom. The bathroom is shared, as is the entire space.
