This is a large double bedroom with 2 windows, allowing lots of light in. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in a village location. Modern furniture, inc wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside units, large selection of books, TV with NOW Freeview package & good-quality, free WiFi. Tea & coffee making facilities are provided, and hairdrier. Note: the duvet is synthetic. Breakfast is provided but may contain allergens. We do not offer cooking/kitchen or laundry facilities. The space Close to the Quantock Hills (AONB) and accessing Exmoor National Park and the beautiful West Somerset coast. Easy road access to Bristol, Exeter and Roman Bath. The RSPB Steart Marsh wildfowl sanctuary is nearby and offers walking and cycling routes with outstanding views and wonderful wildlife. Guest access Guests are welcome to use our lovely garden and patio area (weather permitting). During your stay We are very happy to answer any questions by phone, text or email prior to your stay. We offer a warm, friendly welcome and are happy to socialise with guests when available. Other things to note Parking is on the road (quiet cul-de-sac). Whilst the room is not en-suite guests will have exclusive use of a beautiful family bathroom, just 3 steps from your bedroom. The bathroom has an over-the-bath shower and has been modernised and decorated to a very high standard. We do share our home with a well-behaved cat and dog, who you may encounter during your stay. However, they are not permitted in the guest bedroom or bathroom and are shut away overnight in a separate part of the house. Please note we do not provide cooking or laundry facilities. The booking is for bedroom and bathroom only.
