SOUTH COAST NSW This newly renovated house is situated on the beautiful NSW south coast, three hour drive south of Sydney. Just a few minutes walk to splendid ocean beaches, tranquil Berrara Lagoon, picturesque Swan Lake and Conjola National Park which abounds with a myriad of native wildlife. Surfing, fishing, boating and bushwalking opportunities are all close by. Only a short drive to Sussex Inlet’s supermarket, clubs and pub and 30 minutes drive to stunning Jervis Bay, Milton and Ulladulla. The space Reverse cycle air conditioning, gas heater, a selection of games and books, portacot (on request), tv in main bedroom and living area, fans in rooms, mirrored built in robes, gas barbecue and extensive covered outdoor entertainment area. Other things to note The NSW government has issued a new public health order: From 11 October 2021 until 1 December, there are capacity limits in short-term rentals and holiday homes. Consequently: • All staying guests must be from the same household, OR • If not from the same household, no more than 10 persons ( maximum 6 persons at our property) may stay and none may be unvaccinated adults. Please confirm that you are in compliance with the above requirements under the new public health order and prepared to present any relevant personal health documentation at check-in. As guests check out could all linen be taken from the beds and bath towels from bathrooms and placed in laundry bags provided in each of the bedroom wardrobes. A barbecue with gas is provided for use by the guests. Wifi is available.
