Bimbadeen Estate is a separate dwelling just off from our main residence. The property is gated so your belongings are always safe. 5 min drive to shops, cafes, cinemas & Sirromet Winery. 10 mins drive to island ferries. NO parties/events OR entertaining permitted. NO 3rd party bookings accepted as this is against our/airbnb policy. No charging of EV’s. NO SMOKING The space We're positioned on 1 1/4 acres in a quiet rural/suburban area, yet very close to any amenity you might need. The cabin is accessed via one flight of 14 stairs. Undercover car parking is available for 1 car, right next to the steps to your cabin. Please note that there are only basic kitchen facilities provided in the kitchenette such as a microwave, toaster, kettle, small bar fridge and a portable plug-in hot plate. There is no oven as this is a Kitchenette, not a full Kitchen. Please note that there is no lounge/sitting area, just 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom, toilet combination. NO parties, events or entertaining. The cabin is air conditioned and fully screened so the tropical Queensland heat won't affect your peaceful nights sleep. There is a small balcony off the back bedroom which has a 2 burner BBQ and a small table and 2 chairs. You’ll be able to cook yourselves some bacon and eggs for breakfast or a steak for dinner with everything you need for a BBQ supplied in the cabin, simply byo food and enjoy. We simply ask that you don’t leave dirty dishes, and clean the BBQ if you do use it. No food to be left in fridge after check out. ** Strictly NO entertaining of non booked guests permitted on site** ** We do not support the charging of EV's ** There are many EV charging stations under 5 minutes away at the local shopping village. Guest access Access to your cabin in via a flight of 14 steps. As our guests, you'll have access to your own separate cabin, bathroom and basic kitchenette facilities, all with your own private and separate entry. For larger groups, up to a MAXIMUM of 6 people, we offer two separate bedrooms, to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible, as well as a small balcony with 2 chairs & small table, off the main bedroom, for relaxing with a morning cuppa, or before you attend your off site function. NOT intended or permitted for entertaining non booked guests. ** We do not support the charging of EV's ** There are many EV charging stations under 5 minutes away at the local shopping village. Other things to note Maggie and Indie are our four legged door bells, they may bark at you upon arrival or as you come and go, but will never bite. Netflix, Stan and Disney apps are available on the TV, if you have your own accounts, but please remember to sign out of your account before you leave. Please note NO 3rd party bookings will be accepted as this is against ours & Airbnb policy, rules and regulations. ** The BBQ and balcony facilities are for your personal use only and are NOT to be used for entertaining unregistered guests not staying at our BNB.**.
