Beautiful spacious private bedroom in apartment with 10 foot ceilings. TV, sofa or sofa bed, wood drawer chest, leather storage bench with eating tray, night stand, lamp and 2 large windows. The space Renovated, Smoke Free, clean and quiet. My place is very unique because the ceilings are extremely high and the room is very large. *If the sofa need to be made up as a bed I need 24 hour advance notice from the 3 PM check-in time or earlier* *All early check-in requests require an additional fee of $20 - $100 and are not guaranteed until confirmed by host* During your stay I like to give guest their privacy and space. However I do like to greet all of my guest upon arrival. I am always available by phone, text and through the Airbnb website. Other things to note Kindly note all stays over 30 days will require an additional monthly cleaning fee of $80. In order to keep the common area's (Bathroom, Kitchen, hallway and vestibule) clean. Unfortunately, since Airbnb does not have an app feature, that will allow collection of this fee per month for long term bookings. I will request and collect the fee from my booked guests. On the app with an initial bookings all fees are only able to be collected per stay. Unless it is related to an insurance or property damage claim.
