Excellent location in College Heights for football weekends, Arts fest, Graduation, move-in/out, family visits etc., with a private entrance that is close to town (~28 min walk), campus (~15 min walk), and Beaver Stadium (~30 min walk). Bedroom has one Queen size bed, a Futon. Room also has a pool table. Hallway has a coffee maker, microwave, and a private bathroom with full shower and tub. State College Short Term Rental License (TFSaRO): STR22-00036 The space Bed and Futon sleeps 3 comfortably; an air mattress (not supplied) is recommended for a 4th unless they are cozy with one of the other guests. Guest access Lower right side private entrance to bed room with lockable door. Door opens to hallway with table with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker and entrance to private bathroom. During your stay We will usually be at the house (upstairs) and available as needed. We have a dog, but it will be leashed at all times during your visit.
