The sea, Riviera Park, MoreMolo, railway station, pedestrian Navaginskaya, 10 minutes on foot, the market 5 minutes, shops, canteens, the sea around, restaurants of different price categories in the same quantity😂. A house on the embankment of the Sochinka river! The space Uniqueness in a chic infrastructure! Quiet and accessible center of old Sochi. There's a lot of greenery around. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable for its size. Practically a 3-bedroom! Guest access 2 separate bedrooms, a living room with a dining area with a transition to the kitchen, a kitchen (only for cooking, no table!), a combined bathroom, comfortable, with a new renovation. Air conditioning with heating. Other things to note Strict rules, no smoking in the apartment or in the entrance. No parties. No pets!!! (We sometimes live in the apartment ourselves, and we are allergic!!!)
