Apartment in the heart of Guzet Neige

20 m² Carrez law apartment (30 m² floor space) located in the La Sapinière residence in Guzet-Prat Mataou. 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment with elevator has a private ski locker on the ground floor.  Pleasantly located in the heart of the resort of Guzet, you are in the center of all amenities with the slopes 20 meters away. The apartment is managed independently, it is up to each vacationer to leave the apartment clean for the next. Therefore, you must provide your own towels and sheets. The space Under the slope, it is designed for 4 beds and consists of a living room with kitchenette refurbished in 2019, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Well equipped, it has a comfortable ikea sofa bed (140 cm wide in bed mode), a refrigerator, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine, microwave, mini oven, vacuum cleaner and tables with 4 chairs. The TV reception on site is very variable and unfortunately often out of order. Plan other activities for the evening in the event of a breakdown ;-) There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, however most mobile networks pick up 4G or 3G/H+. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Please note that there is no housekeeping service on site, so it is up to each vacationer to leave the apartment clean for the next person who arrives. In view of the energy crisis and the goal of sobriety, reasonable electricity consumption is included in all rental rates (up to 25 kWh per rental day). Any excess consumption may be charged after your stay. If the price of electricity exceeds €0.20 incl. tax/kWh, the excess could be charged after your stay.
