Family house and garden near town and beach

A wonderful house perfect for a family who enjoys lots of space. There are 4 bed rooms, a living room with a fireplace for chilly evenings, 2,5 bath rooms, a big beautiful sun deck and a huge garden with lots of space for playing. We live 7 minutes from the beach and a cosy marina, and 6 minutes from the forest. Only 3 km away you will find MOMA Louisiana and 7 km away is cosy and shopping friendly medieval town of Elsinore, Hamlet's castle Kronborg, and a 20 minutes ferry boat ride to Sweden. The space The house has been renovated in 2021. A new kitchen, new floors and painted. In the basement there is a washing machine. Guest access You have the house for yourself Other things to note We have a cat who goes in and out from her own cat flap in the basement. She only needs some cat food once a day. Bedsheets and towels: kr 100 pr person 20% discount when staying 7 nights or more. If you dont want to clean the house after your stay you can pay kr 800 for cleaning service.
