Wigtown . Double bedroom , lounge, shower room

Our home is a modern detached house with a large garden with seating area which our guests are welcome to use . We have a dog and also 3 hens We are on the edge of Wigtown 5 minutes from all the amenities that the town has - well stocked co-op , gift shops , chemist and of course , bookshops ! Wigtown is the National Book Town of Scotland and hosts several festivals throughout the year . We have an EV charger available. WE ARE ONLY 29 MILES (40 MINUTES) FROM CAIRNRYAN FERRY TERMINAL The space Private use of spacious double bedroom , private use of shower room / w.c next to bedroom , private use of lounge/ dining room with tv and sofa bed for additional party members if requested in advance tbc. Younger children / babies can be accommodated in a travel cot or trundle bed in the main bedroom. Our hens enjoy visitors from our younger guests with parental supervision and we also have two ponies housed nearby who enjoy a pat and a carrot . Our guests are also free to use the garden but we do request that care is taken not to allow the ( very friendly ) dogs to be let out of the garden . A bbq is available on request We also have a sun room at the front of the house which is available for shared use with ourselves . We provide tea and coffee making facilities and a mini refrigerator in the private lounge and breakfast is included if required . There is free WiFi available plus TYPE 2 ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING POINT Guest access Along with the private bedroom , lounge and bathroom , you are welcome to use the sunroom and the garden. All the areas available to our guests are on the ground floor with no steps . The garden is fully accessible to those with mobility restrictions During your stay We will be available on the premises through out your stay and will do our best to answer any questions you may have . We will be contactable throughout by phone. We will respect your privacy at all times Other things to note All the rooms and spaces for guest use are situated on the ground floor . There are no steps leading into the property . There is private parking on the drive and level access directly into the house and a type 2 electric vehicle charging point
