The space There is one bedroom offered ( check availability) either the japanese bedroom with solar skylight window, tv, comfy queen bed or the deluxe master bedroom with a soft carpeted floor and window to a tropical garden.There maybe another guest staying or the host Koko. It is a 3 bedroom property. K Guest access Parking is available in the garage and also down on the street, all free. During your stay Sometimes I socialise and sometimes I like to be quiet and retreat. There’s opportunities for both with no expectations except being mindful of noise in the shared spaces. Tv in the main room is not on often. We watch a movie occasionally. Sometimes guests like to learn about nutrition and taste different cuisine. So I am up for that too. Other things to note There are stairs as it is on a couple of levels, so this is possibly not suited for guests using walking frames,( though I was on crutches for a while I did manage to get around.) Nbn wifi router is in the 3rd bedroom and the password is on the back of the modem or available via text. The huge Tv offers Stan and Disney. Guests have a huge private balcony and if staying alone we request alittle water to the 3 indoor plsnts please every 4 days or so. The manager may be on site daily to accommodate any issues or special needs and there is an apartment at the back of the property which stores items and only the manager has access to. This apartment is private and not accessible for guests. Just a note regarding linen and furnishings, if tanning or certain skin products are used they may likely stain the linen which may incur linen replacement. Finally with aircon, if it is used with any windows and doors open this can trip off the mains and the system also needs cooling. We request if both needs are there then it is essential to turn AC off by 9 pm to allow it to reset. On a medical note, we also have experienced several guests developing coughs and flu like symptoms whilst sleeping with AC.on so we recommend pausing the AC during sleep.
