Comfortable Country hideaway close to town

Our house is a close walk to Bowral town centre, shops, train station, restaurants and cafes. Bowral is a popular country town destination in the heart of the beautiful Southern Highlands. Famous for cool climate wineries, antiques and historic centres, there is plenty to do here or as little as you like. Your private room with ensuite has a separate entrance and a secluded undercover patio area. Set back from the street and surrounded by trees and birdlife our home is very quiet and relaxing. The space The room has a comfortable double bed, overhead fan for Summer nights and the house is centrally heated in Winter. There are stairs to your separate entrance. Plenty of off-street parking is available right up to the stairs. The space includes a double bedroom, large bathroom and an undercover outside sitting area, ideal in warm months. Bowral is cold in Winter so the outside sitting area is used more in the warmer months. Guest access We provide a basic do it yourself breakfast of a variety of cereals. We offer suggestions of brilliant local breakfast cafes if you prefer. For longer stays and special occasions we can offer a special home cooked bacon & eggs breakfast with optional champagne at extra cost. We can arrange a picnic lunch or casual dips and crackers for early evening on your patio area also for extra cost. (2 days notice required for any catering purposes) There is a fridge and microwave available, although no cooking facilities. During your stay We would love to meet you on arrival and are around if you need anything or have questions about the area. Otherwise we will leave you to enjoy your own time here. Other things to note It's just a short stroll to the local swimming pool and the lovely Cherry Tree Walk that ambles along the duck habitat creek on a level pathway to Bradman Oval and beyond.
