STUNNING 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT IN QUITE PART OF RIGA

You’ll love this bright, brand new 2 bedroom apartment located in a residential area close to city centre with great public transport connections and allocated parking space. Excellent choice if you are staying longer in Riga, perfect if you are comming with the family and children (appartment has washing machine & drier). And especially if you are travelling with a car there is an allocated parking space at the apartment & public transport stops few minutes away from the apartment. The space Brand new, bright and sunny apartment with balcony located in a quite residential building short commute away from city centre. Apartment has 2 private bedrooms, plus a foldable sofa in the living room. There are 2 bath rooms - main bathroom has shower & bath (with shower) and toilet. Second bath room has toilet & small sink and washing machine and drier is perfect for longer stays or stays with children. There is a fully equipped kitchen with plates, glasses, cutlery, pots & pans if you feel like cooking at home - you can use either electric hob or oven for full family meal cooking. Local grocery market just across the street and a bigger supermarket 20 minutes walk away (Maxima) and a large shopping center Riga plaza located 5 minute drive away with a car. There is a full size fridge & freezer available for the guests. In the summer balcony has couple of lounge chairs, where you can watch the sunset and enjoy afternoon sun. Apartment is warm, bright and very cosy. The latest addition to the apartment is washing machine and dryer, which will be very handy to families travelling with children or longer stays in the beautiful capital of Riga. Apartment is located in a new and quite apartment block, with friendly neighbours and families. We aim to respect our neighbours and therefore no loud music or parties are allowed in the appartment. Guests planning on late arrival in the night are asked to respect the quite policy after 11 o'clock. Guest access You can use entire apartment, both bedrooms, kitchen with dining space for 4 people, main bathroom with bath & shower and second bathroom which has toilet. In the summer you can also use the balcony, which will have couple of lounge chairs. There is a wi-fi internet available across the apartment & TV with some basic, local TV programs. Building has a secure entrance with the entrance code & apartment is located on the 3rd floor, which is accessible by elevator. Please note that host is not able to provide late check-in after 19:00, in exceptional cases later check-in by 21:00 can be agree for additional fee. If you are planning to arrive after 19:00, please let the host know in advance. Appartment does not have self check-in option and keys are provided and collected in person. We apprecite if you can respect hosts time and advise estimated arrival time in advance - in case of any delays, please be so kind and communicate that in timely manner. Other things to note If guests will use more bedding sets, than people staying (or use more bedding than expected number of guests), additional charge of 15 EUR per set will be charged. There is strict quite policy after 11 o'clock, please respect the neighbours and other people in the building. Please advice in advance, if you will require a parking spot.
