Private Room with Private Bath | 5 miles off Strip

The space This is a separate bedroom with private bath. The main entrance is shared with the homeowners. However, the main house is closed off from guests. We’ve invested in all brand new appliances — TV, mini fridge, microwave — beds, sheets, towels, and more. As a safety precaution for us and our guests, we have 24-hour surveillance cameras facing the main entrance, front and back yard yards. Guest access There’s plenty of parking spaces outside as this is a corner house. No access to main house, kitchen, washer and dryer. During your stay My wife and I reside in the main area of the house. Since I’m retired, I’m pretty much available most of the time.I’m more than happy to accommodate requests provided ample notice time is given. Please feel free to call or send a message.
