The space You can enjoy the Villa and relax by the large pool and when you wish, in no time, you can find yourself embraced by the offerings of Touristic Central Bodrum ( the seafront, bars, restaurants, shops, the Bodrum (St Peter's) Castle and the Marina...). The historic and hugely popular Bodrum Town Centre is within easy reach (10 minute flat walk) to discover its history, riches and joys.The Town Centre is also the place to go for services provided to further discover the splendid Bodrum Peninsula and surrounding areas. Guest access Villa Poseidon is a three-storey Holiday Home and can comfortably accommodate families/groups up to 8 adults. It offers 3 double beds and 2 twin beds in 4 bedrooms. Lower Ground Floor is accessed from our private road through a remote-controlled secure garage. It has a large double room, a bathroom, a utility room and a flight of stairs leading up to the Ground Floor. Ground Floor accommodates the sitting room ,the kitchen and dining area with doors to a large balcony, and a cloak-room.This Floor is also directly accessed from our private road through a metal gate and travertine steps that lead up to the main entrance door, as well as to the Balcony and the Pool area. Top Floor has three bedrooms,a large balcony and two bathrooms, one being en suite. This Holiday Home is exceptionally well-built, damp-proofed, fully heat-insulated and air-conditioned. Electrically operated Underfloor Central Heating provides further comfort in the Villa for those who wish to enjoy the mild Bodrum winter. The large Private Pool is 4mX10m with plenty of sunbathing area and sunbeds.The shallower oval end is 1.35m and the square deeper end is 1.75m deep. The private pool will normally be functional from 1st of May till end of October. Nearest beach : Bodrum 600 m. Access :Car not necessary. Nearest Amenities :200 m. Nearest airport: Bodrum-Milas Airport (BJV) 35 km. Family friendly , great for children of all ages. Suitable for people with restricted mobility. No pets allowed, No smoking at this property. Other things to note There is a "Breakage Deposit" of £1500 to be paid cash on arrival. This deposit is normally refunded before departure in case of no damage. Electricity consumption up to 250kWh ( more than sufficient for fair weekly use) is included in the weekly rates. Optional standard mid-holiday cleaning fee is €200. There will be no additional cleaning fee charged at the end of holiday, provided that the Property is left reasonably clean and tidy. No charge will be made for the use of water. The Villa will be ready for guests after 4 pm on arrival day.Check-out time is by 10 am on departure day.Alternative arrangements are to be negotiated with the owners. The Private Pool is unheated and will normally be functional from beginning of May till end of October (ie not normally operational from 1st of November till 1st of May).
