Sunny appartment ideally located to visit the most emblematic spots of the city. It's location will allow you to discover the city and experience the real parisian life. The flat is located within walking distance to many sightseeing spots, Bastille/Le Marais/Gare de Lyon, & close to many public transport hubs. It is 5 minutes away from the lines which reach Champs Elysées and Parc Disneyland Paris. The space We have the chance to live in a nice and large flat: a kitchen opened on a sunny living-room, 3 charming bedrooms (including a kid's room and a baby's room), and a modern bathroom with italian shower. The living-room is equiped with a queen-size sofa bed with a real matress. As we are very fond of decorarion, we have tried to recreate a peaceful space, both practicle and modern. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do ! Guest access During your stay, you will have access to all the commodities within the appartment : the oven, micro wave, toaster, cooking plates, boiler, washing machine, iron, and more. We will leave a description in the appartment of all the equipment and their functionning. Access to the apartment is 100% plain: - a ramp leads to the entrance to the building - an elevator leads to the different floors Other things to note Generally, the arrival of travelers is autonomously. The keys are to be collected in a place open 24/7, which is located at a 10 minutes walk location from the apartment.
