It is located 12 km from the sea and nearby you will find wonderful characteristic villages, typical of this land. The Masseria is full of authenticity and charm. The spirit and energy merge and convey the scent of remote time. The space The Carlino apartment on the first floor is divided into a large living room and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Climbing old steps leads to the panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy a breathtaking 360° view, admiring the first and last rays of sunshine. The furniture is an ensemble of ethnic and design. The rooms are spacious and airy, with typical 6-meter high star ceilings, which make the rooms cool. Since the farmhouse is entirely built of stone, the walls are about one meter thick with an internal cavity, so you have a perceptible thermal temperature lower than the outside. All the windows have a mosquito net installed. Guest access Regardless of the private terrace, there are ways to use our garden, with its many possibilities for relaxation.
