Our cozy cottage is nestled in the heart of the historic district, on the grounds of a Laurel landmark home, built in 1907. The Cottage is the entire first floor of the Carriage House that is original to the property with all the lovely historic charm. Recently renovated, you’ll rest easy with all the modern day conveniences . Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each checkout. The perfect getaway for anyone wanting to experience downtown and HGTV’s Home Town! The space The Cottages is the entire first floor of our guesthouse. The upstairs unit is a separate booking with it's own entrance. Newly renovated, historic property. Fresh and clean... with all the extras of a luxury hotel room, plus more! 1 comfy queen size bed with memory foam mattress and a sofa that folds out to a futon and one blow up mattress for overflow - with all the necessary bed linens. One bedroom, living room, bathroom, laundry room and kitchen space...and it is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures! There is one bathroom - complete with a shower stall, no tub. This unit has it's own dedicated air and heat unit, and we change the filters frequently. Our COVID procedures include deep cleaning and sanitizing all bed and bath linens before each guest check-in., as well as any high-touch surfaces.
