The space The accommodation includes two levels. The ground floor has maintained a vintage touch from its previous renovation, accommodating 6 people in three bedrooms and spacious common areas. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom. The floor can accommodate 6 other people spread over 3 bedrooms, two of which have been recently refreshed and one including a shower room. No shared bathroom. Only one toilet. A landscaped garden, around a pond (without protective barriers) allows for relaxation and outdoor dining. Charcoal barbecue available. The tranquility of the place invites you to respect outdoor evenings not going beyond 11 p.m. The accommodation is equipped with a pellet boiler that starts in early October, maintaining the temperature between 19 and 20 degrees. The living room fireplace is only decorative. Parties (music, alcohol) are not allowed. No TV, no Wi-Fi but good 5G reception. A lockbox allows self check-in. Cars can be parked in front of the accommodation, under the windows and in front of the garage. Do not park across the street, professional space.
