Beautiful beachside home, amazing sea view & walks

NOTE: We allow dogs strictly by request only. The Ark is situated in a beautiful location with panoramic uninterrupted close views of the sea and less than a minutes walk of Eype beach. The property is ideal for walks along the South West Coastal Path in this designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Ark is a contemporary 2 bedroom cedar clad chalet set in a large open green space amongst other individually privately owned quirky beachside properties. The space The Ark has its own private parking for 2 cars and a large south facing decked area with table and chairs looking out to sea. There are no steps on the property. The Ark has an open plan living space with kitchen, dining and cosy lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances (oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). There are two equally sized bedrooms, one with a large double bed with memory foam mattress and the other with two comfortable low level single beds. The bathroom has a walk in power shower. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. It has Wi Fi, a Smart TV and an IPod dock. The bed linen and towels are 100% cotton. As well as the decked area outside, there is a large communal grass area which is shared by all the properties. Guest access All areas of The Ark Other things to note There is a small beach shop/cafe about a minutes walk from The Ark, back up the lane. Here you can buy artisan bakery items such as breakfast croissants and sourdough loaves, an array of local farm shop produce, and good coffee.
