The space If you love the sea and like to spend time on the beach, this apartment is perfect for you. In a few steps you can feel the sand under your feet, or take a walk along the "wooden walkway" to La Cala, or even the port of Cabopino and the dunes, beyond towards Marbella. Watch the sunset from the spacious and comfortable terrace, or sit back and relax comfortably while contemplating Africa's Atlas Mountains or the cruises sailing to the port of Malaga. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and community areas, which include the pool, garden, and direct private access to the beach. In the garden, you will find a community charcoal barbecue for the use of neighbors and guests, with a table and chairs to enjoy your meal. Parking is communal, so in high season we cannot guarantee a parking space in the community, however, across the road there are many spaces.
