Rental unit in Las Vegas

Enjoy a getaway weekend in the fabulous city of Las Vegas. You can expect the utmost welcoming, kind and respectful stay here at The Point on Flamingo. The space Welcome to the fabulous city of Las Vegas!!! Guests who decide to stay in this private room can enjoy a spectacular view of the Las Vegas strip and can also enjoy the apartments community pool, hot tub, fitness center and club house. Guests will be located only 5 minutes from the Las Vegas strip and many other shopping plazas. Cozy private room w/ full private bath in 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Beautiful window view of pool and spa and even better, the guest room offers you a beautiful view of the Las Vegas strip. Private room has basic essentials which include: Bed linen, pillows, fresh wash rags and towels, toilet paper, hangers, hair dryer, 2 drawer dresser and TV with Fire Stick. Soap and shampoo are not provided. No smoking allowed inside unit but ashtray is provided to smoke outside. Although I do not charge for basic cleaning, I do ask that you leave the unit in the condition in which it was delivered. Any extensive cleaning will be extra. I am available for any emergencies 24/7 as i will be staying in my own private room that is also located in the apartment. All access to unit and amenities will be provided upon day of arrival. Temporary parking pass and gate key will be left inside of the private room on the bed. Please make sure those are left inside the private room before checking out. Please take care of my home as it was your very own. Enjoy your stay!!! Guest access Guests, feel free to use the unlimited wifi, full shared kitchen, shared living room/dining room, community pool, hot tub, onsite fitness center and club house. During your stay I am open to socializing with my guests or letting them have their privacy. My guests can contact me by phone, email, or in person as I live in the apartment. I am not opposed to making new friends so don't hesitate to speak to me.
