The space is in a prime location - secluded but only 10 min from downtown, 15 min from Harrah's Casino & 5 mi to John C Campbell Folk School. This area is the best whitewater rafting, hiking, 2 mi to lake,waterfalls, 5 mi to 6 public Pickel Ball courts ,& mtn. biking. A Private, Comfortable & Convenient Space in a Safe Area! We travel extensively and love AirBnB. We have worked hard to make this space everything a traveler could ask for. You wake up to a snack and coffee to make it through the morning. The bed is a king size and super comfy. Also, in the master bedroom, a workspace available to suit your working needs. A futon-bed is also available in the den area. The two-room suite with private tub/shower with jack and jill sinks is locked off and insulated from the rest of our home for your assured privacy. You are free to come and go as you please with plenty of parking and keyless entry. The den has a large flat screen smart TV, complete with Netflix and Direct TV. The bedroom with king bed has a TV to watch while you are relaxing in the bed!Both rooms are carpeted for comfort and and closets with plenty of space for your things. The den area is equipped with a coffee station, mini fridge and microwave. Each room is equipped with a window AC unit to assure your comfort. The space boasts a large porch available to guests only with lots of lighting, chairs, and a table to enjoy the evening glass of wine while listening to the wildlife or a morning cup of coffee. A must if you would like to see all the deer and squirrels that come around to play in my yard! The neighborhood is safe and well established. However, the space is set way back from the road so you will probably rarely ever hear a car. The entire guest suite is for your private use as well as the front porch pictured. I am usually around and always available if needed. Newly paved neighborhood! Only .25 mi is on a well maintained gravel road. You will need a car to get around Murphy. No worries about last minute stays!The space is stocked with all the necessities!Book and enjoy!
