Great views, fantastic walking and cycling in Snowdonia National Park, close to Llanberis, Caernarfon, Anglesey and the beautiful North Wales coast. Great for couples The annex is in a quiet rural area with outstanding views, stepping straight out into the beautiful Welsh countryside. The space Originally a Welsh Long Barn, this is one of the oldest buildings in the village. Renovated to a very high standard, full of history and character but modern and functional. The lounge is dominated by a wonderful original fireplace, now equipped with a large wood burning stove. The exposed beams and full height ceiling, with additional windows, provide a bright, comfortable space. There is also electric central heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large patio window that looks out to the patio area and beautiful countryside beyond. The bedroom is in the roof space with large windows that again make the most of the view. The bed is a double bed. There are large glazed panels that provide a view back to the lounge and roof windows that again make the space bright and comfortable. There is a separate, lockable store area for wet goods/ bicycles etc. As well as the patio area off the kitchen there is an additional private garden area with seating, a fire pit and an outside bbq/ dining area (please note that the outdoor areas are not fully enclosed). Guest access There is good off road parking for one guest vehicle. Guests are welcome to use a raised garden area in addition to the patio off the kitchen. In the garden area there is a fire pit (with wood provided). The area provides a great space for bbq (charcoal bbq provided - but please bring your own fuel). The garden areas are not fully enclosed. Other things to note While the property is rural and very private, there is a well stocked shop in the village and easy access to local areas of interest. There are good cafes within walking distance. Please note that the garden area is not fully enclosed.
