Therefore, if you are traveling as a pair and want to rest in separate bedrooms on different beds, during reservation you have to specify 3 guests. The apartment is in the center of St. Petersburg, a 5 minute walk from the metro station Ploschad Vosstaniya and Moskovsky railway station. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building built in 1913, known as the Revenue Building of M. M. Ekimov. The windows overlook the courtyard, thanks to which absolutely no noise from the street can be heard. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. Across the road is Galereya, one of the major shopping malls. Since 2017, tours have been held on the roof of the house. BEDROOM 1 (master): A large bed with mattress size 160*200. Pillows and blankets for your sweet sleep. Large sliding-door closet with separate section for iron, ironing board, drying racks for linen. Air conditioning. The door to the bedroom can be locked from inside, so when traveling in large groups, you can always enjoy privacy. BEDROOM 2: Please note! The second bedroom is not available for 1 or 2 guests. The bedroom will open for only three or more guests. A large bed with mattress size 160*200. Pillows and blankets for your sweet sleep. The dressing table will help you look great at all times, and you can place your belongings in the closet. All linen sets are washed at 60 degrees and ironed. Pillow cases in both rooms are changed and washed after every guest! LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: This part of the apartment is divided into a dining area, kitchen area and a living room. There is a sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table, fridge, washing machine, induction cooker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher. The kitchen area has everything necessary for cooking: pots, pans, cutlery and utensils, cups and glasses. A stationary water filter is installed. SHOWER ROOM: All bathroom appliances are new and disinfected after every guest. Large and small towels for every guest. Liquid antibacterial soap, shower gel and shampoo. TOILET: The toilet is equipped with a hygienic shower and a separate washbasin. HALLWAY: A sliding-door closet with shelves and hangers for your things, a bench, a hanger for coats and a shelf for shoes, a dryer for shoes.
