Rental unit in Jard-sur-Mer

My place is close to the city center with shops and the view is exceptional (sea view and marina). Tranquility assured. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Pine forest and tennis court included in the rental. Private direct access to the marina and beach. Very lively port in summer. Night market in summer and big market on Mondays. You can do it all without a vehicle. The space The accommodation consists of a separate fully equipped kitchen (2 classic coffee machines and Senseo, kettle, toaster, plancha... except dishwasher), a bedroom overlooking the sea with 1 bed for 2 people and 1 bed for 1 person. A living room with sea view and sofa bed; possibility to add a folding bed of 80 cm on request, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Baby equipment: 1 high chair and 1 travel cot. Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are not provided. Rental is possible on request. Housekeeping option at €45 on request, otherwise the apartment must be returned clean as on arrival. Pets are not allowed.
