The space * Our home is located on a quiet street in the heart of the San Marco district of Jacksonville. * It is just 3 blocks away from Landon Park, a great place for children to play, climb and run. While there spend time at the beautiful butterfly garden. *Right next door to Landon Park is Riverfront Park, a popular gathering place to picnic and watch the sun set over the Saint John's river with downtown Jacksonville in the background. *There are lots of great restaurants and shops in San Marco square, also within walking distance of our home. *Everbank Stadium, home of the Jaguars, is just 2 miles away and also accessible by water taxi. Guest access You will have complete access to the house and property. Other things to note We are always looking for ways to make our guests feel comfortable. For many travellers, coffee is an important morning ritual, which is why we offer many options to satisfy that need. Our Keurig is stocked with several disposable K-Cups for your convenience, and we also provide reusable k-cups so you can bring your favorite coffee to enjoy. We also have a 4-cup french press and a 10-cup drip coffee maker with filters for use with your favorite grind. A fully functional kitchen is also important, which is why we have all sizes of pots and pans, baking trays, and baking pans. Additionally we have serving plates and bowls, as well as an extensive collection of utensils. For leftovers we have many snap lid storage containers.
