Very comfortable, private 1 bedroom with private bath and living area in quiet neighborhood. Access to back screened-in porch available. TV and complimentary coffee and bottled water provided. 10 minute drive to Flagler Beach, restaurants, and shopping. Next door to Graham Swamp Conservation Preserve and walking/biking trails. Hosts will greet guests upon arrival. The space Hosts do own cats which may interact with guests. Pets are not permitted on property. Smoking not permitted indoors; designated smoking area is available. Guest access Guests will have access to their own private living area , bedroom and bath. The kitchen, screened porch and outside will be the common shared areas. During your stay Our check-in time is at 4:30 the website does not have that time option on the drop down.
