Just 5 minutes from Lourdes, our TINY-HOUSE with a private, unlimited, wood-heated NORDIC BATH will allow you to have a most pleasant stay in the Hautes-Pyrénées. Breakfasts are offered as an option at €10/person. Private parking on site Reversible air conditioning. Private fenced exterior of 100 m². Max capacity 5 people. THERE IS NO WI-FI ON SITE The space "The Bear of the Pyrenees", our Tiny House is fully equipped: on the ground floor: dining/living area with 120 cm sofa bed, shower room (80 x 80), toilet and sink. TV, reversible air conditioning, kitchen with small fridge, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Bed linen is provided (PLEASE NOTE that towels are not provided in the accommodation, only bed linen is provided. Don't forget your towels and/or bathrobes). Upstairs a double mezzanine (height 1m20) with 2 sleeping areas and large openings to the outside to give you an impression of total freedom, the first space is composed of a bed 140x190 and the second with 2 beds 80x190, these spaces are separated by a real catamaran net that can support up to 400kg and which will enjoy for a moment of relaxation or reading. Outside will be reserved for you a 100m² space with lawn, a double terrace of 40m² with a covered dining area, a relaxation area with views of nature and the Pyrenees mountain range. Space with our private and unlimited wood heated Nordic bath at no extra charge, the Nordic bath is heated for the arrival of our guests! Accommodation with a private entrance where only you will have access as well as a private parking space dedicated to you. Guest access A private parking space is reserved for you. IMPORTANT: It is forbidden for any third party to access the accommodation without the consent of the owner beforehand. Only guests provided for the reservation will be able to access our services. ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED Other things to note Please note that for a minimum of 4 nights, the guest must pay a mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €70, to be paid upon arrival in cash. For stays of less than 4 nights, a MANDATORY deposit check in the amount of €60 will be requested upon arrival. This corresponds to the amount of the short-stay cleaning fee. This check will not be cashed if, at the time of your departure, the cleaning has been done properly, as indicated in our message sent the morning of the start of your stay. The Tiny House must be returned as clean and impeccable as when you arrived, otherwise the cleaning fee of €60 will be collected. The guest can also choose not to clean and pay the €60 short-stay cleaning fee directly
