LetStay: QC Rotonda: Sun Residences 1-BR 23-Sqm

IDs of all adult guests only are required to be submitted to the building admin office in advance. 23-Sqm 1-Bedroom Condominium located at the rotunda of two cities Manila City and Quezon City. It has a Shopping Mall at the ground floor, with a Supermarket, Banks, a 24-hr McDonalds, Pharmacy, Convenience Store, Restaurants, Spa and more. Two swimming pools, playground, jogging paths and lounge areas. My place is good for solo adventurers, families (with kids), and groups of 4. The space The entire condominium unit. Please indicate the actual number of persons entering the place, both staying or just visiting. For example, if you input just 1 guest, we will only allow one person inside the unit. Guest access Guests will have access to the mall. Guest can also use the swimming pool but you’ll need to get approval from the admin and pay a fee of P150 (P300 on holidays) per head per day. (Maximum of 2 pool pass per unit per day) Other things to note If you’re booking on a Saturday the admin office is only open until 12noon. So please confirm your booking before 10AM and submit required ID before 11AM. So we can get your guest form signed and approved by the bldg. admin. On Sundays admin office is closed. So no instant booking on Sundays. Strictly NO SMOKING or any prohibited substances in the unit. P15,000 penalty if you leave the place with bad smell. NO COOKING of bad smelling foods like Tuyo, Dried Squid, Bagoong and similar foods, P15,000 penalty if the place stinks of bad smelling food. P30,000 penalty for trashing up or messing up the place. For security reasons, the building has strict rules that you need to comply with. Once booking is confirmed, please email valid IDs of everyone staying in the unit before your date of arrival and checkin, we need to secure a “Guest Form” indicating your name and the duration of your stay and attach copies of of your IDs. You need to show this form to security personnel upon checkin and as needed. P150 per pax fee per use of the swimming pool payable at the admin office. This fee goes to the building admin for maintenance of the pool and not to us, hosts. That’s why we don’t include the pool fee in the indicated rate. We don’t have reserved parking slots for guests. However, there’s a pay parking lot at the 2nd floor mall parking. We provide beddings based on the number of guests you indicated. Please indicate the actual number of guests. Thank you.
