Walk into garden, overlooked by Table Mountain. Stunning interiors, large rain shower, hotel quality bed and linen. Absolute gem, seldom available- book quickly. Near Bree Street. The space Beautifully, renovated to a high standard- very tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Cosy and luxurious flat, complimented by balcony overlooking internal courtyard garden for guests/residents only. Large salt chlorinated pool for guests/residents only. Large shower cubicle with rain shower head. Well stocked kitchen to prepare meals in. Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, fridge, cooker hob, stove and microwave. Queen sized hotelier/orthopaedic bed with quality linens and towels. Fibre internet connection with Netflix and swivel TV to watch from bed or sofa. Internet and wifi backed up for uninterrupted connection. The apartment has undergone full renovation. Excellent value in the city centre. Wonderful to walk everywhere from here. "Great choice!" as per previous guest. Very homely flat and ideal setting to work from home. The common areas and elevators operate off-grid on a solar system. Guest access Whole unit is for MAX 2 guests. Front desk is manned 24/7, very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment situated in Block B. This block is very well managed and expect anyone staying there permanently or temporarily to uphold the rules and regulations of the development. CCTV cameras monitor the common areas and disturbances are monitored and reported. Other things to note It is easy to order Uber for collection and drop off in front of the building. The front desk is manned 24/7 and security is excellent with strict access control. Building manager has an office on site. Very well managed building. The street parking in Queen Victoria street and surrounding streets is charged per hour 8am- 5pm. After 5pm is free. The length of the pool is 14m × 7.5m, salt chlorinators - water is tested regularly. Flat in quiet corner, balcony overlooking tranquil, safe, internal garden FOR RESIDENTS ONLY. Completely safe and secure inside the development. The apartment is serviced once a week free of charge for stays of 8+ days. Additional housekeeping available upon request and with prior arrangement for guest's cost. For stays of more than 7 days an additional set of bed linen and bath towels will be made available for guests to rotate, FREE OF CHARGE. So the cleaning fee includes two sets of linen and bath towels. This apartment does not have a parking space. STRICTLY A NON SMOKING APARTMENT WHICH INCLUDES THE BALCONY.
