The Senator is a grand, classical old home, built by a 6 term senator from PA in 1905. We have tried to keep the spaces and furnishes elegant and in keeping with the feel of the house. The house has a grand winding staircase, beautiful period chandeliers, and extensive leaded glass panels. Our guests can use any of the public spaces and enjoy the yard and gardens. Breakfast can be served in the breakfast nook or in the formal dining room. Mt Joy is close to many local attractions, 20 minutes to Hershey Park, 20 minutes to Lancaster, 20 minutes to York, and 30 minutes to Harrisburg area. Just ask about places of local interest.
