1910. historical villa

It was built in 1910 and has been owned by the same family since, this elegant house in the quiet Herceg Novi suburb of Savina, Outside the house is a lush private garden with shady trees and glorious views of the beautiful Bay of Kotor. From the Villa is a 10 min walk to the old town of Herceg Novi, with its historic and cultural attractions. The fortresses of Spanjola and Fort Mare and the Sahat-Kula clock tower are among the notable landmarks to look out for during your stay. The space This spacious, historic two bedroom apartment retains many of its period features such as the high ceilings, polished parquet wooden floors and spacious rooms furnished with antique dressers, armchairs and paintings – making this one of our most distinctive properties. From the entrance hall, a flight of ten steps lead up to a central corridor off which all the rooms in the apartment are accessed. The large lounge is furnished with a comfortable, antique sofa and other period pieces such as welsh dresser-style cabinets and a tiled wood burning stove. The three large windows and high ceilings give the room a spacious, airy feel. The simple kitchen-diner is fully equipped for cooking up light meals that can be enjoyed either inside or out in the garden under the shade of a palm on those sunny days. The two spacious double bedrooms are equipped with solid wood beds, ample storage and occasional period furniture. Parquet wooden floors and Persian-style rugs give the rooms a rich, elegant feel. The bedrooms share a fully-tiled shower room which is equipped with a washing machine. Guest access In the garden there’s a barbecue and patio furniture, which guests are welcome to use for outside dining. Other things to note For our guests we can organize airport transfers ( Dubrovnik, Tivat , Podgorica) for a reasonable price. Also we can organize sightseeing tours with certified tour guide. Local tax is not included in price (1,00 euro per person per day)
