Present Photo ID upon check in* * The space There is a Queen bed, dresser and closet space. Equipped with a SmartTV for watching streaming services (Netflix, etc). This room faces the East and there are darkening shades in the room as well as wood blinds. Perfect for sleeping in and making the room really dark. There is a full bathroom in the hall only for guests on this level adjacent to the bedroom. Private fenced in yard, outside hot tub, patio chairs and table on the back deck, gas grill, a wooded area and community pool just a 2 minute walk away. Guest access Guests will have access to this bedroom with shared hall bath, common living areas, deck, hot tub, W/D, FIOS internet. Feel free to utilize the kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. Also available is an electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc. Grocery stores are close by so its convenient to prepare your own meals with dedicated space for your food items in the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. We stress the importance of a quiet environment therefore heavy cooking in the kitchen is prohibited between 10pm and 8am. During your stay Often guests sit in the living room/kitchen table and we share life stories, share a meal, chat quickly about the adventures of the day as you come and go. Others merely want a comfy bed and place to shower and store your luggage. Any level of interaction is welcome here. During your stay we are able to offer suggestions for local eats, activities, etc. We love meeting new people but work full-time so may have limited interaction with guests. We are very accessible via phone, email or text either during your stay or in advance for planning. We can also communicate via message apps such as What's App, and goo-gle translate (helpful for international guests). If you have any questions or concerns prior to booking about the home, area, etc, send us a message. Other things to note Our preference is to greet you when you arrive but if we are not home when you arrive, a keypad lock for independent entry is available. You'll find that we are really easy going and will do all that we can to make your stay enjoyable!
