Our summer house is located in an quiet town which is only a few minutes away from the beach, historical sites . Our apartment has a satellite TV and it is fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigirator, cooker and oven. The space There is a residence permit for tourism purposes. Villa Features Two-storey, three-bedroom villa with an independent garden and parking lot. The house is surrounded by a fence and is isolated from the surroundings. There is a swimming pool: It will be opened for the summer period (June 6, 2025 - September 15, 2025). The pool is closed during the winter period. The private beach, pontoon-pier and sun loungers around the pool are free to use. The entire villa and independent garden are for the use of the guest: You can barbecue in the garden at any time. There is a barbecue on the balcony and a brick chimney adjacent to the building. The common swimming pool is constantly kept sterile with an automatic pool cleaning robot (the robot works every night). Reservation and Contact You can send your requests in detail via message. Cleaning and Hygiene Our villa and general areas are cleaned with chemical substances during the entrance cleaning. Bed and bathroom textiles are washed with high temperature, peroxide-based (disinfectant) detergent and ironed at 185 degrees. The minimum number of cleaning staff uses masks and face shields. “Poseidon Villa Çeşme” is delivered to you with new clean sheets, towels, duvet covers, sofa covers and rugs, accompanied by detergent and fabric softener scents after being cleaned in detail by personnel who have received hygiene training certificates. Swimming Pool and Environmental Facilities Our semi-Olympic swimming pool is 12 m × 20 m in size and has a depth of 140-180 cm. The pool is sterilized every night with an automatic cleaning robot. There is a security fence around the pool to prevent children from entering without permission (sometimes it can be misunderstood due to the lemon cypress plants on the edge of the fence). If small children enter the pool without permission, the pool attendant at the door will intervene. The pool has a single entrance door; there is an attendant at the door. Pets: Pets are not accepted due to the rules. The pet cleaning fee is 15,000 TL and extra detailed cleaning will be applied. Guest Capacity: The maximum capacity is determined as 6 adults and 3 children. In total, no more than 8 adults without children can be accepted. Parties, events, henna night, engagement, girl request, wedding celebration dinner, bachelorette, graduation party, dinner guest organization, bringing an extra table chair to the house cannot be organized in the villa. Pets are not allowed as per the rules. Maximum capacity 6 adults and 3 children & More than 8 adults without children in total cannot be accommodated. We have a second different villa that you can rent at the same time for our guest groups of more than 8 people. It can be preferred to drink natural cow's milk, smell of thyme, and buy natural additive-free olive oil, surrounded by the quiet nature and the sea.
