Beautiful apartment on the first floor of a condominium (with elevator) has a living area with sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed (with the possibility of adding a cot/camping bed with mattress) bathroom; from the living area you can access a small veranda from which you can admire the sea and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is located a few steps from Lido S. Giovanni and the promenade; the beaches of Baia Verde are easily accessible. The space The apartment has a double bedroom and a bathroom. The living area with kitchenette is equipped with tables and chairs for lunch and dinner, and in addition there is a sofa bed (1/2 people maximum). From the small balcony, you can admire the sea. In the house there are bath linens (1 set of three pieces per person - face, guest, shower towel) and bed linens; everything is carefully washed and sanitized in the laundry. All frequently used surfaces are thoroughly disinfected. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is mostly organized for them. Other things to note - Heating from air conditioner for a fee: 5 euros per day. - Air conditioning (if required) for a fee: 5 euros per day. - Accommodation tax to be paid on-site of the variable cost of 50 cents (April, May, October) and €1/night per person (from June 1 to September 30). - No wifi - During the emergency period, we will opt for a self-check-in with a security box. All information will be provided in a timely and detailed manner in order to make access as easy as possible. - All areas of the house (with particular attention to the bathroom and kitchen) and all surfaces that are most often touched (e.g. handles, tables, surfaces) are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between check-ins. - SMALL pets are allowed UPON REQUEST- - If the house is left in a very unclean condition, a supplement of €30.00 will be required to support more thorough cleaning.
