The villa belongs to a residence of three units, it consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, plus a washing machine. Outside it has a beautiful covered veranda of about 20 square meters where you can enjoy a unique sunset. The swimming pool with a small solarium is shared with two other villas.
