Close to the most beautiful bays of Nouméa, you will find the Oceanite's Nest. A 30m² studio with Caledonian design, equipped with a kitchen that will make you feel at home; A modern bathroom; A sleeping area with a queen size bed of hotel quality and an office and lounge area with all the comforts of our time. You can relax, enjoy venison skewers on your plancha or play one of the games on your private furnished terrace. Home Sweet Home :) The space This studio of 30m², ideal for 2 persons is equipped with : - a modern and very well equipped kitchen to feel like home and prepare good meals; - a modern bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet; - a sleeping area with a Queen size bed (160) for a restful sleep. Everything is provided to recharge your connected devices; - a small lounge area with a Samsung SMART flat screen TV to enjoy local programs, follow the news and enjoy your series and movies available on NETFLIX, AMAZON etc..; - an office space with a very good connection (fiber) WIFI unlimited to work in all serenity; - a private terrace semi-open and furnished to eat, relax or drink your aperitif! - a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. For your comfort : - air ceiling fan to cool you down while controlling your carbon footprint; - air conditioning ; - A safe for your precious items - all you need for the beach. And that of your children: Upon request, we can lend you a cot or a cododo, a high chair, a bathtub, a walking kit (seat reducer and step), a sling and/or stroller, a car seat and a booster seat! For adults and children, we offer a selection of games, toys and books about New Caledonia. But also, on request, a popcorn machine, chocolate fondue, raclette machine or crepe maker. Practical information: The studio is part of a lower villa comprising 4 apartments. Each apartment has its own private and secure entrance. Please note that free parking is available on the street. There is no parking in the apartment complex. Airbnb insurance and home rental insurance do not cover burglary. Therefore, we advise anyone renting out seasonal rentals to contact their comprehensive home insurance and add the "Vacation Guarantee" clause. You will have understood, we put the small dishes in the big ones to allow you to spend superb moments in New Caledonia! Arrival time from 2pm Departure time before 11am - Late departure on request may incur additional charges The apartment must be returned in the same condition as the day of your arrival: clean. The cleaning fee is used to check the apartment (and to clean it when the maintenance by you is not enough) and to ensure the restocking between two rentals. Arrival times and days: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week We can organize transfers between your accommodation and the airports on request and at extra cost. Other things to note A member of our team will be there to meet you on your arrival if the time allows it or will come to see you the day after your arrival to meet you and inform you if necessary. You will receive, a few days before your arrival, all the necessary information to enter the accommodation (address, lock code, wifi code). Please note that free parking is available on the street. There is no parking in the apartment complex. You will find in the apartment a weekly change of bed linen and towels for the entire duration of your stay. The apartment must be returned to us in the same condition as the day of your arrival: Clean Please leave dirty sheets and linens in the bathroom Insurance: Airbnb insurance and home insurance for seasonal rentals do not cover theft by break-in.
