This newly renovated beach duplex is only 1 block from the beach and is ready for your family's Summer vacation! Spacious beach house on stilts that offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths (outdoor shower) just minutes from the Carolina Beach downtown & boardwalk. Ample parking space in driveway and under house and massive deck space for relaxing. The house is situated 1 block from Spartanburg Beach access, only requiring a short walk over the dunes to the beach! The space -tons of deck space on 2nd and 3rd floor -covered parking under house -USB power outlets for device charging -spacious floor plan -outdoor shower (heated water) -bbq -beach chairs (4) and umbrella (1) provided **Owners will be living on property while running their dive charter business during the summer months. The trailer is parked on the side yard at the end of the deck of the Left Cheek. Guest access Guests will be renting half of the Duplex Beach house. Access will only be granted to the reserved half of the duplex. All guests are reminded to be mindful and respectful of other guests in separate rentals on the property. - - Quiet hours are 10pm-8am Other things to note No smoking of any kind on property! If evidence is found you will be charged $150 out of your deposit for extra cleaning and disrespect of House Rules. Please utilize the outdoor shower to keep the sand at a minimum inside!
