The homestead is circa 1900s and is unique in its design, unique in the position and elegant in presentation. An oasis right on the bend of the Clarence which can be accessed via your own private jetty. The premium location is a peaceful sanctuary - only 20 mins drive from the beaches at Yamba and 5 mins to Maclean by boat. The space This home is upgraded in all the important areas while maintaining its integrity, traditional style and appeal. There are multiple indoor/outdoor living spaces all with captivating river views. A fully equipped country style kitchen is set up for all your cooking and dining needs. Wake to the sounds of birds in the morning and watch the sun rise over the bending river. You will access to your own private jetty to tie up the tinnie or drop a line. Guest access Full access is given to the homestead. Shared guest access is provided to gardens, river frontage and private jetty. Other things to note There is a fully self contained guest studio on the property. If it is available it will be also listed on Air BnB. Driveway access is shared with other guests and the management team. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles only in the guesthouse driveway. There is no room for trailers in the driveway.
