Functional 32 m² 2-bedroom apartment with a 3 m² south-facing balcony in a residential chalet with a covered, closed and private parking space. The Chalet d'Orcières is located at the foot of the slopes in the heart of the resort of Orcières Merlette place du Queyrelet (box G19 on the map of the resort in the photos). It is fully equipped, but no sheets or towels. Everything you need for cooking. Immediate access to all shops and restaurants, schools and ski rentals, daycare. The space The property consists of: _ a main room with kitchen area (glass-ceramic hobs, dishwasher, cutlery and utensils, filter coffee machine + 1 Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini oven, microwave, raclette machine, tea towels), a sitting area with a sofa bed (160*200), TV, a table with 4 chairs and a south-facing balcony with table and 2 chairs. _bathroom with bathtub _ a separate toilet _ one bedroom with 140*190 bed and a loft bed in 90x190. _ an umbrella bed with a mattress as well as a high chair and baby bath chair. A ski locker is available on level 2 in the residence as well as a covered parking space that is assigned to you (first place on the left when entering the garage). The place doesn't have wifi. Disinfectant products are available to you. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant upon checkout. Guest access Right in the middle of the high mountains, on the edge of Parc des Écrins. Great for summer hikes. Right in the middle of the resort with all the summer activities for children and adults! For the winter, the highlights are the location of the accommodation at the foot of the slopes and the main lifts of the resort, departure from the snow front (Rocherousse cable car) nearby. It is located 400 m from the daycare center, the Piou Piou garden and the Peau d'Ours SPA. Easy walking access to the tourist office, shops, sports complex with swimming pool/ice rink/bowling, as well as the cinema. Other things to note The Chalet d'Orcières is located 1850 meters above sea level, in the mountain resort of Orcières-Merlette. Cleaning is your responsibility before departure, the keys are to be collected in the resort upon arrival. Remember to bring your linens and towels (possibility to rent them in the resort as there are many concierge services) For any further information, feel free to send a message! Following numerous complaints from co-owners, we remind you that it is forbidden to walk with ski boots and to store skis in the corridors and apartments. The ski room is located on the 2nd floor.
