We inform our customers that the location has been renovated, and we restarted the business in December 2023, after finishing the renovation work to make the apartment more pleasant. Please note that the rooms consist of a single room with a private bathroom, with various adjoining services. Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located place and just think about having fun. The space The rooms are completely renovated, with high-quality finishes. Each room has its own private bathroom, a coffee machine with pods, a kettle, underfloor heating, an air conditioning system, and a shared outdoor and indoor area. I would like to point out that in the outdoor area it is not possible to make noise. Eating is in any case prohibited, as are actions that may disturb all the other tenants and owners. In the common indoor area, it is possible to use only the washing machine, which is available on request. In particular, it is important to know when you want to use it as it will be my responsibility to operate it, put the detergent in and open it when it has finished the washing cycle, except to avoid improper use by guests. The apartment is located next to the Rome Tuscolana Train Station, a 5/8-minute walk to the bus stop (no. 85 that leads to the Colosseum) and the Metro Line A (Furio Camillo and Ponte Lungo stops), all means that in a few minutes lead to the historic center of Rome. Hi, I would like to give you some information while I wait for your arrival. The apartment is located at Via Assisi, 93/A. If you arrive from Fiumicino airport, you can take the train to Tuscolana station, from there it is a 2-minute walk to the house. If you arrive from Ciampino airport, you can take the shuttle that will take you to Termini station, and from there you can take the metro line "A" and get off at the "Furio Camillo" stop. From there, you will reach the apartment in 10 minutes on foot. If you arrive by train at Termini station, you can take the subway line "A" and get off at the "Furio Camillo" stop. With the metro line "A" you can reach the places of greatest interest: Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti, Fontana di Trevi, the Vatican, Piazza Venezia, Piazza del Popolo, but if you want to go to the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums you have to take the metro line "B". To take the "B" line you have to take the "A" line to "Furio Camillo" get off at "Termini station" and take the "B" line towards "Colosseo". Or if you prefer to travel on the surface, you can reach the city center with bus no. 85, whose stop is on Via Tuscolana immediately after the intersection with our street on the right. It is important that you let me know your arrival time, as there is no fixed supervision inside the accommodation, the location is marked with the name Grippaudo/Rinaldi. Guest access For check-in, I will personally be there to host you, even for late evening or night access. Check-out will be done independently. The times are indicated in the appropriate section. Check-in can be done from 3 p.m. onwards, unless otherwise agreed with the undersigned, check-out is mandatory at the latest by 11 a.m. During your stay I will be at your disposal for any needs, I am to specify some indications and rules of the house, 1) The kitchen and living room are not available in the rooms; 2) The hairdryer will be provided upon request, due to theft of the same and various damages; 3) The washing machine will only be operated by me, due to various damages caused to it by the guests, due to incorrect switching on, programming and operation; I will program it, insert the detergent and open it at the end of the cycle; My private apartment is on the second floor of the same building, so I will be able to give you immediate assistance if needed. As indicated in the services, for those arriving by car there is public parking on the road that is not paid, we do not have a private parking service. The room is equipped with a coffee machine with pods, a kettle, wifi, air conditioning, and underfloor heating. The apartment is located within the ancient walls of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza Re di Roma and Piazza San Giovanni. Of course, Rome is a very large metropolis and even the surface of the center of Rome is very large, so much so that it is necessary to take public transport to get around even just inside the center of Rome. I wanted to point out that all the linen inside the apartment is changed at each check-out, towels, bath mat, pillowcases, sheets, mattress cover, etc. I also wanted to point out that even the fitted sheet is changed at each check-out. In addition, the sheet during the winter is transformed into a sheet bag, in the sense that the goose down duvet is inserted inside the sheet, therefore an additional sheet will not be made available, as the sheet bag has two functions: that of having the duvet inside and at the same time acting as a sheet.
