The space Suitable for a couple, family with 1 or 2 kids, or 2 friends, maximum of 6 people. ( although we can put a few rubber mattresses on the sitting room floor if you have any extra kids. Let us know and we can work something out ). Guest access Private access into the sitting room from outside. Another door going into the bedroom. Separate bathroom/toilet with door on other side of bedroom. The living room has a lounge suite, and a ceiling fan. The kitchen area has a small fridge, 4 burner gas stove/oven, rice cooker, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery and a dining table. So hopefully you will enjoy cooking your favorite food! The Bedroom has 3 double beds which can be pushed together, an air conditioner, 32” tv, and a small wardrobe for your clothes. Bathroom has basin, toilet and hot shower. Towels, , shampoo, soap and hair dryer provided. All rooms have been freshly painted & renovated. The rooms are partitioned off from the main house which is always occupied. Other things to note House is situated approx. 8 minutes by pedicab from Siquijor port and 35 minutes from Larena port. Approx. 20 minutes to San Juan. Extras available are: Pick up from Siquijor port by pedicab is 300 pesos. From Larena port is 500 pesos.
