Rancho Fiori di Mari offers a rustic and sophisticated atmosphere, combining elegance and comfort. We can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. The outdoor area is perfect for those who like outdoor barbecue, an indoor pool and a beautiful landscape with an unforgettable sunset. The space Our Ranch has a kitchen, living room with Smart TV, 3 bathrooms (1 social bathroom and 2 en-suites) and 3 bedrooms (all with air-conditioning). → KITCHEN Features: upright freezer, refrigerator, beer maker (82L), microwave, 5-burner stove with oven, blender, sandwich maker, all basic utensils (such as cutlery, plates, pots, etc.). There are also glass and acrylic glasses for sparkling wine and wine. Note: We do NOT have an Airfryer or a mixer. → LIVING ROOM 50" Smart TV with access to Netflix and Globoplay. → BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a double bed. Master suite (upper floor): one double bed and one single bed. Soaking tub inside the room. Suite 2 (upper floor): a double bed and a single bed with an auxiliary bed. Hot tub inside the bathroom. → EXTERNAL AREA In the external area, the swimming pool (with solar heating, so it depends on the sun's exposure during the day) and barbecue area are covered by a glass roof. We have grills and skewers for the barbecue, as well as boards for barbecue. Guest access The Rancho is in a gated community in front of Lake Corumbá IV. Access to the lake shore is very simple (the lake is about 500 meters from the house). Other things to note – The two en-suites are on the upper floor and access is via the stairs; for people with limited mobility, we recommend that you opt for the ground floor room. – The pool and barbecue area is covered by a glass roof; the ground-floor balcony, which is in front of the kitchen, has no protection against the rain, as the floor of the upper balcony is a wooden deck. – Because it is located within a residential condominium, loud noise is only allowed until 10 p.m. Likewise, during the day, there can be no excessive noise to the point of disturbing the neighboring units. If the guest feels bothered by the noise from other units, the concierge number will be made available to register complaints. After registration, the condominium guard will go to the unit and resolve the issue.
