This attic will seduce visitors with its elegant terrace and wonderful views over one of the most visited attractions in the city of Barcelona (please read all sections of the description carefully, thank you) The space The apartment is 44 m², well distributed and has a 15 m² terrace. It is located on the top floor of a building with two elevators and is very bright and quiet, even though it is a very busy and lively area. It has been decorated in a minimalist style, to highlight the natural light it has. The living room has a small but pleasant sofa, ideal for entertaining yourself with the Smart TV that you will find in front. The open-plan kitchen, open to the living room, has all the appliances to make you feel at home: oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, glasses, plates and pots. From this room you will have direct access to the terrace equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for your moments of relaxation. The 2 well-kept and bright rooms have a double bed with sheets and a closet to store your belongings. The bathroom has a nice shower, toilet and sink. A set of towels, a large towel and a small towel, is provided per guest. Obviously, you will find a hairdryer and toilet paper for free, which once finished, you should buy at the supermarket, close to the apartment. Other things to note By decree law of the Spanish state, upon arrival at the apartment we are obliged to take the details of all guests: Name, address, country, identity number, e-mail, relationship if there is a minor under 14 years old, etc. Check-in is between 4:00pm and 9:00pm. Check-out by 11:00am. Upon arrival, the municipal tourist tax is paid, which all visitors must pay to the Barcelona City Council, it will be charged at check-in in cash, since we do not have the means to charge with a credit card. They cost €6 per person/per night. Maximum 7 nights. Children under 16 years of age enter free. In any circumstance, Late check-in after 21:00 will incur an additional charge of 30€ that pays on arrival and from 24:00 the extra fee of 50 € Check in on 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January, Extra charge of 30€.
