"Bright"- sunny apartment near Kotor old town

The apartment is within short walking distance from Kotor old town and has a sunny terrace overlooking the sea and St. John's fort. There's fast and stable Wi-Fi, and free parking in front of the building. A few minutes away on foot is the "Kamelija" shopping center, with a supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, hair salon, gym, cosmetics & clothing stores, and a small beach is 500m away. It's well equipped for long stays as well, making it a great base for exploring Kotor bay and its surroundings. The space The apartment has a private entrance and a parking spot right in front. It's a duplex that occupies the ground and 1st floor; the lower level consists of the living room and a fully equipped kitchen, and on the upper level, you'll find the bedroom, bathroom, and terrace. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal. The yard/parking area in front is shared with two more of our neighbors. Other things to note IMPORTANT: please, bear in mind that the apartment's lovely view is owed to the fact that it is located on a smaller hill and the street leading up to it is steep (approximately 150m long). It is paved and easily accessible by car but if you feel that the uphill walk might be difficult for you, I kindly ask that you reconsider your reservation so you don't regret it later :)).
