Guest access Amenities of the subdivision are: - basketball court - swimming pool - clubhouse - playground Other things to note Amaia Scapes admin requires the following for tenants: 1. Signed Lease Agreement with 2 valid IDs 2. Covide 19 vaccination card 3. Maximum of 2 adult tenants only All guests should need to sign a checklist to the Amaia Scapes Subdivision Admin Office upon confirmation of their stay and sign a contract of lease. That includes their personal information to avoid any hassle of going in and out of the subdivision. The guard will prevent other guests from coming in if they are not aware of the personal details of our tenants. This is for added security as well of the entire community.
