Nice and cheap studio apartments in the heart of Sulmona, 20 step away from the main street, and from all you have to see in our beautiful historical town! The space The B&B takes its name by the next historical church of the Annunziata, erected in the 1415: it’s majestic with its mullioned window, decorations, sculptures and a 213 foots high bell tower. This church represents the vital center of the Sulmona’s past. This is a source of pride for the entire community and we have the pleasure to share it with our guests since 2002. Our B&B takes place in an ancient, restructured, structure. It contains 4 identical rooms, all comfortable and spacious. In the backyard you can park your bicycles in the appropriate bike rack, or borrow one of ours to have a pleasant promenade in the center. The entire B&B has recently been improved in the colours, comfort, lightings and facilities; just one thing has not changed since 2002: our rates are always the best! Our price/quality ratio is incomparable. And that’s not all! The nature is precious for us: that’s why we use ecological cleaners on draft, eco-save bulbs, liquid soap and shampoo in dispenser instead of packages and recycled toilet paper; we support Greenpeace, WWF and several groups for the environmental conservation for many years.
